What data we handle and why
We only handle the data you send us through the contact form: your name, your email and the text of your message. We use it only to answer your enquiry.
This website does not use analytics or advertising and does not build visitor profiles. If you do not send the form, the school collects no data from you through the website.
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., United States), which may log technical data about each visit (such as the IP address) to serve the pages and protect them from abuse.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form before sending it. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to the school; withdrawing it does not affect anything processed before.
Data processor
The form runs on Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States). Formspree acts on the school’s behalf: it receives the message and delivers it to the school’s email. Its privacy policy is at https://formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy/
International transfers
Using Formspree, Cloudflare or Gmail may involve sending data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards each provider offers under the GDPR.
Third-party services you switch on
The map on the contact page loads only when you press “Show map”. At that point your browser connects to Google, which may set cookies. More in the cookie policy.
Recipients
Formspree, for the technical delivery of the message, and Google (Gmail), where the school receives messages sent to ceipdaidin@gmail.com. We do not pass your data to any other third party, except where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep the message for as long as needed to answer you and, after that, for the legal periods that apply.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data by writing to or calling the school (details above).
If you think the rules are not being followed, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): https://www.aepd.es
