Doors

They open at 8:55 and close at 9:00. Each class goes in through its own door. If you arrive late, you sign the late-arrivals form.

Leaving before 14:00

Only with a relative or a person you have authorised on iPasen, signing the exit register. Children are not collected during break or in the 10 minutes before the end of the day.

Absences

Report them on iPasen. Five unjustified absences in a month trigger the school’s absenteeism protocol.

School office

Monday to Friday, 9:15 to 11:15. To see the headteacher’s team, make an appointment.

Parent meetings with teachers

Tuesdays from 16:00 to 17:00. Request them on iPasen.

Break-time snack

Fruit, dairy, biscuits, juice or a small sandwich. No sweets, fizzy drinks or crisps, and go easy on processed pastries.

Hours

From 7:30 to 8:50, from the first day of term.

Breakfast

Children can have a healthy breakfast. The monitors do not handle food.

Let us know at aulamatinaldaidin@gmail.com or use the postbox at the school entrance.

Fee reduction

It works the same way as for the canteen, including for families who join after the start of term.

Rules

• Tidy up before changing games.
• Ask permission to go to the toilet.
• Do not climb on the tables.
• No toys.
• If you have breakfast, make it a healthy one.

Pick-up

In three shifts: 15:00, 15:25 and 15:50.

€5.54 a day, VAT included, before any fee reduction (2026/27 school year).

Menu and attendance

Log in with your DNI in the “zona padres” (parents’ area) of cateringelcantaro.com. There you can see attendance, book or cancel days, request a soft diet and download the menus.

Fee reduction (bonificación)

Apply with Annex V, only from 1 to 7 September (in 2026 the window has closed). The provisional lists are posted on the notice board in October and you have 10 working days to object; the final decision arrives on iPasen. Meanwhile, your child keeps going to the canteen. If you join after the start of term, you can apply together with the service request.

Infantil, 3-year-olds

During the settling-in period they can use it as and when it suits, and those absences are excused.

Absences and cancellations

• After five unjustified absences the place is lost and the child goes on the waiting list.
• Give one week’s notice of changes to the school, the monitors and the caterer.
• Absences are justified with a document, such as a medical report.
• If the fee is not paid, the service cannot be used.

Canteen rules

• Respect the monitors.
• Queue in order.
• Do not shout.
• Taste everything you are served.
• Do not play with food.
• Ask permission to leave the table.
• Do not run.
• Leave your tray tidy.
• Do not go back into the school, except to use the toilet.

To ask for a bus place

Ask the school office for the 2026/27 application form (by appointment, 951 270 732) and bring it with a current Benahavís certificate of residence (empadronamiento).
